Welcome to Fit Buds. By accessing our website at fitbuds.in or engaging with our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or submitting a coaching enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Nature of Services
Fit Buds provides online fitness coaching services, including:
- Personalized meal and nutrition plans.
- Custom workout and exercise splits.
- 1-on-1 coaching via WhatsApp or phone.
- Progress monitoring and check-ins.
- Free fitness tools: FitScore calculator, Food Swap guide.
All plans are designed by trained coaches and are based on exercise science principles. However, our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Health Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- You should consult a qualified physician before beginning any new diet or exercise programme.
- Fit Buds coaches are fitness coaches, not licensed medical professionals.
- Any fitness plan provided is for general wellness and transformation goals only.
- You assume full responsibility for your participation and any health risks involved.
Fit Buds shall not be liable for any injury, adverse health outcome, or loss resulting from following our coaching plans.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All coaching plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
- Payment details and methods are confirmed directly with your coach via WhatsApp or phone.
- Plans may be cancelled before the next renewal date with no cancellation fee.
- Refunds for services already rendered within the billing period are not provided.
- If you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately at fitbuds1910@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information in coaching enquiry forms.
- Not misuse our contact forms for spam or fraudulent purposes.
- Not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt our backend systems, Firebase database, or Google Apps Script endpoints.
- Treat our coaches with respect in all communications.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, FitScore tools, Food Swap database, and coaching materials - is the intellectual property of Fit Buds and its founders. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.
7. FitScore Tool - Disclaimer
The FitScore calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and Robinson formula to estimate fitness metrics. These are statistical models and do not replace professional medical assessment. Results are indicative only and should not be used as a sole basis for health decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fit Buds and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
