We do not collect payment information directly. All payment discussions occur over WhatsApp or phone with our coaches.

- To respond to your coaching enquiry and contact you via phone or WhatsApp.
- To calculate your FitScore and provide a personalized fitness assessment.
- To improve our services and communication.
- To send you a confirmation email upon form submission.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Coaching enquiry data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted by Google LLC. Firebase complies with applicable data protection laws and provides appropriate technical safeguards. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our coaching services.
4. Cookies
Our website uses session storage (not persistent cookies) for temporary UI state - for example, to avoid showing the same popup twice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase - for secure data storage.
- Google Apps Script - for email notification delivery.
- FormSubmit - as a form submission fallback.
- Font Awesome (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) - for icons.
Each third party has its own Privacy Policy governing the data they process.
